Both the HEFCE and UW policies require that peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers are deposited in an open access repository (WRaP in the case of the University) within 3 months of them being accepted for publication. WRaP only.
However, in addition the University strongly encourages staff and researchers to deposit other outputs in WRaP including non-text outputs such as videos. This will increase their visibility; provide the University with a comprehensive record of its research and scholarly activity and be a positive factor in the 'research environment' elements of the REF.
