Students and University Staff: Simply select 'Eduroam' and then use your log in credentials to connect.

Members of the Public: Select 'The Hive' and connect using your library membership details.


  • If your device says you're connected but nothing is happening go to a website such as the BBC or Google and this might 'force' a log in screen to appear.
  • If you're using an Apple device try using Chrome as a browser instead of Safari
  • If none of this works it might be that a piece of software needs installing onto your device first.  See a member of staff on Level 3 or go to the askalibrarian desk for help to do this.
