For the REF 2029 there is an open access (OA) requirement for journal articles and conference proceedings to be uploaded to an institutional repository; for the University of Worcester this is WRaP.
Outputs subject to a post-publication embargo which are shared through the repository (“Green” OA) are required to be deposited on publication rather than on acceptance for publication.
For non-"Green" OA deposits, the output must be deposited on acceptance of publication and at the latest within three months of this date. Once deposited, any missing information can be updated later.
Material not intended for publication via a publisher can be submitted at any time.
