Depositing your work in WRaP does not restrict you from placing it in other repositories either at another institution or a central subject based repository, subject to any restrictions imposed by your publisher or funder.
However in terms of publishing the work with another publisher, this will depend on the contract you signed with your original publisher.
Remember that re-use of full-text is subject to UK copyright law. Unless the actions you wish to take are permitted by the Copyright Act you will need the permission of the rights holder. I you have signed a contract with either a publisher, assigning copyright to them, you may be significantly restricted in the further use you can make of the published text.
