All lost property is sent to the Level 1 information pod (desk) on the ground floor.  Ask a member of staff and they can check the log for you.  We usually keep items for 3 months before disposal.

Student ID cards are sent up to Firstpoint if left in The Hive.  So if The Hive doesn't have your card, your next port of call should be Firstpoint.  There is a £10 replacement charge for lost ID cards.
