Your library account is automatically set to expire on the date Registry has set for your course completion. In the first instance we recommend contacting email@example.com to ensure your course information/dates are correct. If your course finishes on a date different to the one mentioned in the email (maybe you have re-sits or an extension), please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get this resolved. If you are already in the Hive and need to borrow books, please speak to any member of staff.
Once you have received a degree classification, you will no longer be able to access electronic resources. Please note that in some cases, this may be before the date mentioned in the email. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working to ensure this does not happen to other students in the future.
Once you have graduated, you are entitled to a free Alumni library card. Once your student account has expired, please come to the Hive and speak to a member of staff to receive a card. More information about resources available to alumni is available on our alumni webpage.
