You can use the Inter library requests (ILR) service to borrow books we don't hold in The Hive. You can find out more about how to apply for one here.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for the book to be available to borrow. You will receive an email when the book is ready to collect.

If you think a book would be a useful addition to The Hive collection, then please contact your Academic Liaison Librarian.

You can also use the ILR service to request a copy of a journal article if we don't hold the journal in print or electronically.
