You can find a detailed information about facilities and accessibility in The Hive from AccessAble, a national disability charity. The Hive is Worcester's joint university and public library.

You can also explore our Sensory Guide of The Hive.

RNIB Bookshare provides free digital books with helpful features. You can listen to text-to-speech, see highlighted words while listening, increase the font size and read directly from your internet browser.

If you have a visual impairment or physical disability and RNIB Bookshare does not have the texts you need in a format you can access, you can contact the University’s Disability and Dyslexia Service

You can convert your files into more accessible formats, such as audio, ebooks and Braille using Sensus Access. You’ll need to use your University of Worcester email address with this service. Our SensusAccess video (2:31) and the SensusAccess FAQs give further help.

Please get in touch to discuss your access needs.
