Google Scholar's specialist search page allows you to select the US court(s) you would like to search. Once you have selected your court(s), click "done" at the bottom of the screen, and enter your search terms.

Using this option finds results that will not be returned from a standard Google or Google Scholar search.

The Library of Congress also has a research guide on how to find free sources of case law.

You can also use the website of the World Legal Information Institute.
