There are walk-up desks in Peirson (1st floor) and the Hive (level 3) 

Our phoneline is open 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. Call 01905 85 7500.
Use the IT Service Desk Portal to log incidents and requests.
Use Live Chat to troubleshoot an IT issue or make an enquiry.
Use the IT Status Page to check on service availability/ disruption and confirm upcoming planned maintenance to services.
