The Zotero and Mendeley reference managers are similar in lots of ways, but there are differences in the functionality. To see a side-by-side comparison of the two, please visit our 'Finding and managing resources' page

If you would like a brief introduction to using Zotero, we offer an online 'Study Skills Live' session - book via our 'Study Skills Live' page.

Please note that neither the desktop version of Zotero, nor Mendeley Reference Manager, work with Chromebook devices. It may be possible to install Zotero using Linux, but this is not something with which the library can provide technical support.
