To find your library account, go to the Library Services website, select the menu labelled Using The Hive, and then select Library Account from the bottom of that menu. This will take you to the Library Catalogue. Select Log into My Account. The link for this is near the top of the page. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see your current loans, your loan history, and details of any fines. The reserved items section shows you details of any books or other items you have reserved from any library in Worcestershire. You can cancel your reservations here. The requests section shows you any inter-library requests for articles or books not held by the University of Worcester or Worcestershire Libraries.
