Here are some things to check:
- Log in to the UW My Day student page and check that you have completed registration.
- Does your browser meet system requirements? Make sure Java Script, cookies and pop-up windows are enabled.
- Try clearing your cache and cookies on Chrome, Edge or Firefox, and try again. When clearing the cache, select cookies and other site data, not just cached images and ensure the time range is ‘all time’.
- Try a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Are you being prompted to pay for an article? Check the coverage dates for the journal on Browzine. If we don’t subscribe to the issue you require, you can ask for an inter-library requests. If the coverage dates say we should have access, please let us know.
