The short answer is 'no'.

University of Worcester students and staff do not need an Athens password to access any of the resources subscribed to by the University. If you are challenged for an Athens account when searching it may be that you aren't using the services provided by the University (have you just Googled a title/database/article?). In that case, go to Library Search for access to eresources. You'll be asked for your University account details when you access ebooks or articles.

Nursing and Midwifery students may have an Athens password provided by NHS libraries, to access health resources in their places of work. This gives you access to a different range of health only related resources.
